Default Idea for duo farm?

I haven't tried it and I don't know if there is any chance to work, however I'm going to give it a try:

duo farm:

Me/W
Illusionary Weaponry
Cyclone Axe
Bonettis defense
Sympathic Visage
Ancestors Visage
Flurry
Optional
Res Sig
55 hp

Mo/*
Spirit Bond
Prot Spirit
Essence Bond
Shield of Judgement
Blessed Signet
Watchfull Spirit
Mending
Optional (banish?)

The idea is to have got a normal tank, however with a nice dmg output with both IW and cyclone axe. He will also take care of the SV/AV. Flurry to increase his dmg even more
The monk will heal the mesmer due to the spirit bond and prot spirit and will gain back energy with essence bond. May want to add extra health regen with Mending. SoJ is to give extra dmg output.

i don't know if it has got any chance of succes. And don't kow if it could be faster then the normal duo's in UW.

Imho it could work but wouldn't be very stable. It would require an insane amount of coordination to get this right, plus energy might still be a problem as you're casting several high energy spells on your monk.
Damagewise it would be slower. Yes you're using flurry but that is only single target damage. Cyclone Axe has a too long recharge to outpower your average spiteful necro. And it's far out of reach of the powerful 605 (726 if you want to be ready for gash. Can be achieved with headpiece swapping and should be cancelled after the aatxes) / Holy Wrath Smiter Duo.

It's also not very efficient in the attribute line.
Your mesmer probably has 16 Illusion and then? Hum.

Your monk however has to spec in:
Protection
Smiting
Healing
Divine Favor (3 maintained enchants so it wouldn't have to be high)

I'm not too sure if your bonettis defense will work at all. IW doesn't hit so you gain no adrenaline this way and gaining it by % of health is slow.

Sorry if this reads harsh, just the things that i see that might not be working. IW is nonetheless a good idea and you might consider to put all tanking abilities on the Me/Mo as well as IW and get one of those scythes when Nightfall releases.
Don't forget to bring an interrupt versus those Dying Nightmares. Otherwise they will eat you alive if you miss half a second. Then have your monk buddy bring the other damage stuff like Retribution and Holywrath. Get your HP high instead of low and you're set. You have IW, you have HW Smiting, you have e-drain with SV/AV. What more to want? It's fast, it's fun. It's nothing new though.

Nonetheless, good try and concept in theory.

/edit:
Yikes. Ignore healing breeze comment.
Forgot about spirit bond. Yikes! Sorry. I edited it out as it was wrong.
